Returns

  • Eligibility Window:
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Conditions for Return:
    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom or special-order cables

    • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

    • Opened or used cable spools (where applicable)

Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Refunds:
    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for:

    • Items with obvious signs of use

    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@dcs-88.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is our error:
    If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
